How To Make A Mojito cocktail?
The mojito’s soft, citrus, and herbaceous mint flavors are meant to complement the rum, and it’s become a popular summer drink, one taste is enough to show why it has lasted so long!
The combination of white rum, lime, new mint, simple syrup, and club soda is so good that you won’t mind putting in a little extra effort to get all mixed up perfectly.
We combine lime juice with fine sugar (or plain syrup) and mint leaves to make a mojito. We use a stainless steel muddler to gently mash the mixture. The mint leaves should only be scratched, to release the essential oils.
Then we add the rum, and the mixture is stirred briefly to remove the sugar and raise the mint leaves from the bottom for a more attractive appearance.
Finally, we add crushed ice and sparkling soda water to the cocktail. and we decorate the bottle with mint leaves and lime wedges.
